均匀化退火时间对SiCp/Al复合材料腐蚀性能影响

Effect of Homogebuzing Annealing Time on Corrosion Property of SiCp/Al Composite

  • 摘要: 本文选择在600℃均匀化退火,通过控制保温时间,研究其对复合材料界面反应的影响。采用XRD、SEM及EDS观察复合材料界面结构及成分的变化,利用普林斯顿2273三电极电化学工作站极化曲线及电化学交流阻抗揭示保温时间对SiCp/Al复合材料耐蚀性差异。结果表明:经不同均匀化退火时间的SiCp/Al复合材料,SiC颗粒与基体结合较好无孔洞,同时有界面反应相Si、MgAl4O2、Al4C3生成,随着保温时间的延长白亮相不断增多,白亮相即Si。SiCp/Al复合材料在不同退火保温时间下腐蚀过程均是由活化控制的,其腐蚀电位变化很小。随着保温时间的延长,腐蚀速率先减小后增大,在3 h时腐蚀速率最小,即腐蚀电流最小值5.3E-6 A/cm2,电化学阻抗值先增大后减小,在3 h时阻抗值最大值3.42E4 Ω·;cm2

     

    Abstract: The effects of different annealing time on interfacial reaction of the composite were investigated at 600℃. SiCp/Al composite interface was studied by means of metallurgical microscope, SEM, EDS and XRD. Corrosion of SiCp/Al composite was studied by means of polarization cure. Experimental results show that:By different homogenizing annealing time of SiCp/Al composite materials, combined with SiC particles and matrix were better without holes, at the same time Si, MgAl4O2 and Al4C3 were produced, as the extension of heat preservation time growing white appearances, white appearances were Si. The corrosion process of SiCp/Al composite under different annealing was controlled by actibation. With increasing heat treatment time,corrosion potential was constant,corrosion rate of SiCp/Al composite was first decreasing and then increasing, At the time of 3 h corrosion rate was minimum,and corrosion current was minimum value5.3E-6 A/cm2, resistance value of EIS was first increasing and then decreasing, At the time of 3 h it was maximum value 3.41E4 Ω·cm2.
