石墨烯-MoSi2复合材料的制备与力学性能

Preparation and Mechanical Properties of Graphene-MoSi2 Composites

  • 摘要: 采用微波烧结法在1 650℃制备了不同石墨烯含量的石墨烯-MoSi2复合材料,研究了其力学性能随石墨烯体积分数变化的规律和微观结构。结果表明,石墨烯对MoSi2基体具有良好的强韧化作用。石墨烯体积分数为5%时,复合材料的维氏硬度、室温断裂韧性、抗弯强度分别达9.8 GPa、6.0 MPa·;m1/2、440.8 MPa,均优于纯MoSi2;而当石墨烯体积分数过多(>5%)时,复合材料的力学性能呈下降趋势。

     

    Abstract: The graphene-MoSi2 composites were prepared by microwave sintering at 1 650℃. The rules of the mechanical properties and microstructure of the Graphene-MoSi2 composites were studied with graphene volume fraction. The results revealed that the graphene had a good hardening and toughening effect on MoSi2. Especially when the addition of graphene reached 5vol.%, the HV hardness, room fracture toughness and flexural strength reached 9.8 GPa、6.0 MPa·m1/2、440.8 MPa, respectively. The room fracture toughness and flexural strength of the graphene-MoSi2 composites were better than that of the pure MoSi2. However, excessive graphene additions(>5vol.%)finally degraded the mechanical properties of the composites.
