基于机器视觉的螺纹参数检测系统设计

Thread Parameter Detection Based on Machine Vision

  • 摘要: 通过以螺纹零件的尺寸参数作为检测对象,以LabVIEW作为开发平台,运用传统的图像边缘处理和Harris角点检测算法对螺纹的大径、小径、中径、牙型角、牙型高进行计算,构建了基于虚拟仪器的螺纹参数检测系统,实现了集图像采集、处理、尺寸测量于一体的功能,提高了螺纹参数的检测效率。

     

    Abstract: This test studies the thread parts with LabVIEW as the development platform. Using traditional image edge processing and Harris corner detection algorithm for calculating thread parameters, the content of thread parameters measuring includes major diameter, minor diameter, pitch diameter, thread angle and height of thread, etc. Basing on virtual instrument technology, the thread parameter detection system realizes the acquisition of image, processing, size measurement and integrated analysis. It enhances the efficiency of thread parameter detection.
