有孔锥-柱管桩应力集中系数数值分析

Numerical Simulation on Stress Concentration Factors of Tapered-Poled Pipe-Pile with Holes

  • 摘要: 采用数值模拟方法,研究有孔锥-柱管桩桩身开孔引起应力集中问题,分析了布孔方式和锥度大小等因素对应力集中系数分布规律的影响。研究结果表明:单向对穿型锥形段应力集中系数随锥度增大而增大,柱形段随锥度增大而减小;星状型和双向对穿型应力集中系数分布的主要影响因素为布孔方式,锥度大小的变化对其影响不明显;3种布孔方式中,星状布孔应力集中系数相对较大,应力集中现象最明显。研究成果能为有孔锥-柱管桩工程设计提供有益指导。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the problems of stress concentration caused by opening holes in the tapered-poled pipe-pile wall have been researched by numerical simulation method. The influence of opening hole mode and taper on the distribution law of the stress concentration factors is analyzed. The research results show that the stress concentration factors of the tapered section increases with the increase of the taper in the single direction of the tapered-poled pipe-pile with holes, and decreases with the increase of the taper in poled section. The main influence factor of the stress concentration factors distribution is the opening hole mode in between the radial direction and the double direction, the taper change is not obvious for it. The stress concentration factor is relatively large in the radial direction of tapered-poled pipe-pile with holes, and the stress concentration phenomenon is the most obvious in the three kinds of opening hole mode. These results can provide the beneficial guidance for its engineering design of the tapered-poled pipe-pile with holes.
