Abstract:
In this paper, the problems of stress concentration caused by opening holes in the tapered-poled pipe-pile wall have been researched by numerical simulation method. The influence of opening hole mode and taper on the distribution law of the stress concentration factors is analyzed. The research results show that the stress concentration factors of the tapered section increases with the increase of the taper in the single direction of the tapered-poled pipe-pile with holes, and decreases with the increase of the taper in poled section. The main influence factor of the stress concentration factors distribution is the opening hole mode in between the radial direction and the double direction, the taper change is not obvious for it. The stress concentration factor is relatively large in the radial direction of tapered-poled pipe-pile with holes, and the stress concentration phenomenon is the most obvious in the three kinds of opening hole mode. These results can provide the beneficial guidance for its engineering design of the tapered-poled pipe-pile with holes.
