Abstract:
Internal and external water head difference is often the focus of foundation pit construction quality control in water rich area. Based on the specific engineering examples, the deformation and internal forces of support structure under the condition of head change were investigated. Results show that outside the foundation pit water head increase the safety state will be worse, and when the internal and external head difference increases, the horizontal and vertical displacement of the pile head 2 m to the top of the pile is increased obviously, meanwhile the horizontal stress at the bottom of the foundation pit and the supporting pile will be changed greatly, but the change of head difference has little influence on the vertical stress of pile body.
