ZrO2-Cu-Al2O3复合材料的制备与力学性能

Preparation and Mechanical Properties of ZrO2-Cu-Al2O3 Composites

  • 摘要: 采用微波烧结法在1 550℃制备了不同ZrO2含量的ZrO2-Cu-Al2O3复合材料,分析了其力学性能和微观结构。结果表明,ZrO2含量达10%(质量分数)时,复合材料的致密度、维氏硬度、室温抗弯强度、断裂韧性分别达99%、16.5 GPa、482.5 MPa、7.3 MPa·m1/2。而当添加的ZrO2的质量分数过多(>10%)时,复合材料的维氏硬度、室温抗弯强度、断裂韧性等力学性能指标呈下降趋势。

     

    Abstract: The ZrO2-Cu-Al2O3 composites with ZrO2 addition varied from 0 wt% to 15 wt% were prepared by microwave sintering at 1 550℃, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the ZrO2-Cu-Al2O3 composites were analyzed. The results showed that when the addition of ZrO2 reached 10 wt%, the relative density, HV hardness, room flexural strength and fracture toughness reached 99%、16.5 GPa、482.5 MPa、7.3 MPa·m1/2, respectively. However, excessive ZrO2 additions (mass fraction>10%) finally degraded the mechanical properties such as HV hardness, room flexural strength and fracture toughness of the composites.
