飞机前起落架关键部位超声检测技术的CIVA仿真
CIVA Simulation of Ultrasonic Detection Technique for the Crucial Component of Aircraft's Undercarriage

摘要: 制造过程中产生的缺陷会影响飞机前起落架的正常运行。为比较横波与表面波对缺陷的检出情况,本研究采用CIVA仿真软件中的超声检测模块,对飞机前起落架上筒支点的迎风面进行了常规超声检测的模拟,并分析了横波、表面波探头对近表面条状缺陷检测定位和定量的误差,对比了57°、63°入射角对检出误差的影响。研究结果表明:CIVA软件能够对飞机前起落架等复杂几何构件进行常规超声检测技术仿真;采用表面波探头检测时对常见缺陷的检出误差更小,即采用63°入射角检出误差更小。Abstract: Defects in the manufacturing process will affect the use of the undercarriages. To compare the detection of transverse wave and surface wave, simulation studies were carried out for ultrasonic inspection of the undercarriage with defects by using the CIVA software .In this paper, the error of transverse wave and surface wave probe in the measure and localization of near-surface flaw is analyzed. The effect of 57°, 63°angle of incidence of the detected error was also compared. The results indicate that the CIVA can make an ultrasonic testing technology simulation about the aircraft's undercarriage and other complex geometries. The detection error is smaller when the surface wave probe is used, which uses 63°incidence angle detection error is smaller.
