类球状复合材料雷达罩的固化变形研究

Deformation Analysis of Autoclave Molding of Composite Materials Radar Cover Skin

  • 摘要: 针对类球状的复合材料雷达罩蒙皮构件在固化成型时产生的变形问题,利用有限元的方法来对其固化过程进行仿真,并对仿真数据进行实验对比。仿真及实验结果表明:类球状型面的复合材料蒙皮构件在固化成型时其成型模具与其本身的变形趋势基本接近,都是从中心往边缘逐渐变大,但是成型模具对其变形的影响较小,由内应力引起的不可逆的翘曲变形是影响成型精度的主因。

     

    Abstract: To solve the key problem of curing deformation of composite materials radar cover skin, curing process in near-spherical composite materials was simulated and investigated with the finite element method. Synthesizing simulation and test results show that the trend of deformation of mold and composites are almost the same, deformation increase gradually from centre to edge, mold has less influence on the deformation compared with the internal stress, and irreversible warping deformation resulting from the latter is the main factor on prototyping manufacturing precision of composites.
