平菇(Plerotus ostreatus)对含纸尿裤混合基质的利用特性研究

The Effect of Oyster Mushroom (Plerotus ostreatus) on Degradation of Disposable Diaper

  • 摘要: 为了研究纸尿裤的生物可利用性,通过栽培试验,在传统平菇培养基质中添加不同质量的纸尿裤,研究平菇真菌对含纸尿裤混合基质的利用特性。结果表明:纸尿裤的适量添加有利于基质被平菇有效利用,基质质量减少最高达到了47.29%,纤维素降解率最高为66.06%;生物学效率高达93.90%。纸尿裤的添加不仅可以促进平菇对基质的降解,还可以增加平菇的生物学效率,有利于废弃纸尿裤的无害化处理。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the bioavailability of discharged diapers, Plerotus ostreatus was cultured in the traditional mushroom cultivation substrate with different amount of disposable diapers substituting for cottonseed hull. The bioavailable performance of diaper mixed substrate by Plerotus ostreatus was explored and the results showed that appropriate diaper addition has significant effects on the substrate reduction, decreasing 47.29% of the original substrate weight and 66.06% of the holocellulose. In addition, the biological efficiency was up to 93.90%. As such, diapers can not only promote degradation of substrate by mushroom but also increase the biological efficiency of mushroom, which is beneficial for the safe disposal of disposable diapers.
