水热处理温度对钛合金羟基磷灰石生长的影响

Effect of Hydrothermal Treatment Temperature on Titanium Alloy Hydroxyapatite Growth

  • 摘要: Ti6Al4V钛合金在含有钙磷元素的电解液体系中进行微弧氧化制得氧化膜,并在100、150、200、250 ℃条件下进行水热处理12 h。采用SEM观察微弧氧化膜微观形貌,使用EDS、XRD分析膜层成分和相组成。结果表明:水热处理温度是影响羟基磷灰石的生长的重要因素,微弧氧化膜经过100 ℃水热处理得不到羟基磷灰石晶体,经过150、200、250 ℃水热处理后得到的羟基磷灰石晶体逐渐变大,氧化膜微观表面由致密光滑变为粗糙疏松,得到的羟基磷灰石中钙磷元素比分别1.48、1.53和 1.69。

     

    Abstract: The micro-arc oxidation(MAO) films were prepared on Ti6Al4V in the Ca and P electrolyte, then the films were carried out hydrothermal treatment at 100 ℃,150 ℃,200 ℃and 250 ℃ for 12 hours. The micro-morphology was investigated by the scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersion spectrometer and X-ray diffraction were used to analyze composition and phases structure of the coatings . The results show that the temperature of hydrothermal treatment is an important factor affects hydroxyapatite growth. The hydroxyapatite crystals not find on the micro-arc oxide film surface after hydrothermal treatment at 100 ℃. The hydroxyapatite crystals grow bigger with hydrothermal treatment go up. The microscopic surface oxidation film changed from dense smooth to coarse loose, and the ratio of calcium and phosphorus is 1.48, 1.53 and 1.69, when hydrothermal treatment at 150 ℃, 200 ℃and 250 ℃.
