基于VB的ACFM上位机软件的设计

Software Design of Upper Computer of ACFM Based on VB

  • 摘要: 交流电磁场检测技术是一种通过测量磁场的变化来探测裂纹并测定尺寸的无损检测方法。为了促进交流场检测技术的应用发展,基于VB6.0设计一款可实时进行交流电磁场检测的上位机软件。该上位机软件通过RS232串行通信方式接受来自交流电磁场检测系统中下位机采集传来的数据,检测数据经VB6.0中MSComm通信模块进入VB程序。最后在VB6.0程序中完成数据处理和实时曲线显示及数据保存的功能。通过对具有人工矩形裂纹的45号钢试件进行试验检测,结果表明该上位机软件可以很好地表征待检测裂纹的性质和特征。

     

    Abstract: The alternating current field measurement (ACFM) is a nondestructive testing method which detect crack and calculate size of crack by measuring the change of magnetic field. In order to promote the development of visualization of the ACFM machine, a kind of real-time and friendly software of upper computer was designed based on VB6.0. The acquired data from lower computer come into the software of PC through RS232 serial communication, and then the data transfer into the VB program through the module of MSComm. Finally, the data was processed to display the real-time curve and saved in the program. Using the software test the 45 # steel plate with artificial rectangle crack defects, the result showed that the software could well represent the properties and features of detecting crack.
