Vc),the use of software AdevantEdge reflect the temperature field distribution of the ultrasonic vibration turning finite element model was established, and use the model to study the rule of vibration frequency to the ultrasonic cutting temperature.The results show that the appropriate increased frequency of ultrasonic vibration can reduce the contact machining rate and discontinuous cutting, reduce the cutting tool tip temperature, increase the service life of the cutting tool. Moreorer, under the same process parameters, there is a vibration frequency of the critical point, more than the frequency will lead to tip and cutting chip friction heat increase faster than the tool cooling speed, resulting in the tool temperature was increased.
