导流片与进口壁面的距离对驻涡燃烧室性能影响的研究

摘要: 为了研究导流片位置对含扰流片驻涡燃烧室流场的影响,通过改变导流片与进口壁面的距离,对燃烧室的燃烧湍流流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:不改变其他条件的情况下,导流片与进口壁面的距离对燃烧效率,总压损失以及燃烧室内部流场都影响较大,在本文研究范围内,存在相对较优的导流片与进口壁面的距离,在该结构下,燃烧室的总压损失为7.6%,燃烧效率为99.78%,并且凹腔内形成稳定的双涡结构。Abstract: In order to study the best structure of trapped-vortex combustor with inclined struts, numerical simulation of combustion turbulence flow was performed by changing size of guide vanes. The results show that the distance between guide vane and imported wall influences combustion efficiency, total pressure loss and combustor internal flow field manifestly when other conditions remain constant. In this paper, there is a relatively best structure of the guide vane where the total pressure loss is 7.7%, the combustion efficiency is 99.76% and stable double-vortexes structure form in the cavity.
