基于遗传算法的多余度电传系统可靠性设计研究

摘要: 余度设计是提高系统可靠性的重要方法之一,但设计中往往涉及多个因素的相互耦合作用。本研究中将遗传算法引入到最佳余度配置进行优化设计中,利用MATLAB软件编制了优化配置程序,设计了便于人机交互的图形用户界面,并综合考虑可靠度、费用、重量等因素,对电传操纵系统的余度配置和可靠性设计进行了仿真计算,结果表明该方法便捷、可行,适当修改即可适应各种电传系统的余度配置优化问题,具有较好的实用价值。Abstract: Redundant design is one of the key methods to improve the system reliability, but the coupling effect of multiple factors is often involved in the redundancy design process. In this paper, the genetic algorithm was led into the study of optimum design of redundancy configuration. The program of optimal design was written and graphical user interface which is convenient for human-computer interaction was designed by using the MATLAB software. The redundancy configuration and the design of reliability of the fly-by-wire control system were studied, taking three factors-reliability, cost and weight of the system as considered factors. The result shows that this method is convenient and feasible, and it has a good practical value which is adapted to various optimum designs of redundancy configuration of the fly-by-wire control system by modifying the fraction of the program.
