多孔夹芯多层复合板的总传递矩阵及其吸隔声分析应用
Analysis on Total Transfer Matrix for Multilayer Composite with Porous Sandwich Material and Its Properties of Sound Absorption and Sound Insulation

摘要: 以多孔夹芯多层复合板新材料为研究对象,在推导验证多孔材料传递矩阵和均质材料传递矩阵的基础上,建立了可随叠层顺序任意组合的总传递矩阵,借助matlab编制了相关程序软件,对多孔夹芯多层复合板的隔声量和吸声系数进行了理论分析计算,探讨了不同材料参数,不同叠层组合对复合材料的隔声量、吸声系数的影响,该总传递矩阵及其总隔声量与吸声系数理论计算公式的建立为研发新型轻量化多层复合吸隔声板提供了有效手段。Abstract: For the study of multilayer composite with porous sandwich material, the total transfer matrix of any multilayer combination was founded based on the porous material transfer matrix and homogeneous material transfer matrix. Establishing the relevant software with matlab, sound insulation and absorption coefficient of the multilayer composite were analyzed. Also, the influence of different material parameters and combinations to sound insulation and absorption coefficient were discussed. This establishment of sound insulation and absorption coefficient formula provided significant mean to the development of new lightweight multi-layer composite with good acoustic insulation and absorption.
