航空复合材料制造数字化设备集成技术

Integration System of Digital Equipment In Aviation Composite Manufacturing

  • 摘要: 简单地介绍航空复合材料制件从设计到制造的工艺过程,并指出了实现全面数字化制造的关键所在,即制造端的数字化技术的不足。研究了复合材料构件制造数字化设备集成系统,指出构建数字化设备集成系统的关键在于实现数字化控制和数字化管理、以及系统架构设计。简要介绍了数字化设备集成的集中控制、集中管理相关研究技术,期望以制造端的数字化技术构建来实现航空复合材料制造的全面数字化。

     

    Abstract: This paper simply introduced the craft process of aerospace composite material parts from design to manufacture, and pointed out that the main bottleneck of implementation fully digital manufacturing is shortage of the digital technology on manufacturing. Moreover, the digital equipment integration system were also studied in composite component manufacture, and the result show that realizing the digital control, digital management, and system architecture design were the key to build a digital equipment integration system. This paper briefly introduced the related research techniques of centralized control and centralized management in digital equipment integration. We expected to fulfill full digital in aviation composite manufacture with digital technology.
