民用机场综合赋权模糊选址评价

A Fuzzy Evaluation Model for Civil Airport Site Selection Based on Synthetic Weighting Method

  • 摘要: 为解决机场选址评价指标赋权过于主观的问题,建立了基于熵权和AHP法综合赋权的民用机场场址选择模糊评价模型。首先分层建立民用机场选址评价模型的指标体系,用隶属度函数法进行指标模糊评价,再用熵权结合AHP的综合赋权法确定指标权重,建立了综合赋权法的机场模糊选址评价模型。将模型应用到成都第二机场选址问题中,从3个备选方案中优选出最优方案,结果与实际一致。实例证明,用综合赋权法建立的民用机场场址模糊优选评价模型,原理简单,可操作性较强,排序结果较准确,为机场总体规划时场址优选提供了一种新的途径。

     

    Abstract: To make sure the index weights would be more objectively, we built fuzzy evaluation model for civil aerodrome site selection based on synthetic weighting method of entropy and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Firstly, an index system of evaluation model for civil aerodrome site selection was established hierarchically. Then the index values were determined by membership function, and the index weights were measured by AHP combined entropy weight. After that, a fuzzy evaluation model of the airport site selection was built. At last, the fuzzy evaluation model for civil airdrome site selection was verified on the second airport site selection in Chengdu, the result was consistent with the actual situation. The model is more feasibility and effectiveness, which solved the important problem of index weights. Moreover, it is a new site selection method for prophase programming of an aerodrome.
