机翼对后置螺旋桨性能影响的研究

摘要: 运用旋转坐标系对RANS方程进行求解,分析机翼对后置式螺旋桨的影响规律。研究结果表明:与无机翼相比,在相同情况下,机翼可以增加螺旋桨的推力和扭矩,但对推力的影响更为明显;机翼尾部的下洗流改变了螺旋桨附近流场,使流动方向偏向螺旋桨;螺旋桨前后压强均比无机翼时大,而且螺旋桨出口压强增大更为明显;流经螺旋桨的质量流量净增量在有机翼时更大。计算结果可以为工程应用提供参考。Abstract: The influence of the wing upon performance of after mounted propeller was analyzed by solving RANS function using rotating coordinate system. The results indicate that the existence of wing increases both thrust force and torque of propeller. Downwash flow of wing change the direction of flow to propeller, which can enlarge the flow rate of propeller;Moreover, pressure both in front of propeller and behind propeller is higher than it without wing and it is more obvious behind propeller. The pure mass flow across the propeller increases compared without wing, which leads to the increase of thrust force of propeller. The results can be used as inference of engineering application.
