Abstract:
Based on the principle of two-dimensional magnetic memory testing, a two-dimensional magnetic memory testing instrument with microprocessor core was designed. Moreover, we extracted the iron magnetic flux leakage signal from fatigue region, analyzed the size relationship between normal component Magnetic flux leakage signal and tangent component magnetic flux leakage signal to evaluate the size of the residual stress concentration portion of the specimens. Through the experiment and actual testing, we validate two-dimensional magnetic memory testing instrument's working feasibility, which provide technical support for further research on 2D testing of magnetic memory.
