搭接量对LY12铝合金搅拌摩擦增材制造成形的影响

Influence of Amount of Overlap in Friction Stir Additive Manufacturing of LY12 Aluminum alloy

  • 摘要: 通过采用搅拌摩擦加工方法对LY12铝合金进行增材制造试验,研究了4个搭接量(5.0、5.5、6.0、6.5mm)对LY12铝合金搅拌摩擦增材制造中界面迁移量、有效焊核尺寸的影响。结果表明:界面总向上迁移且返回边的迁移量大于前进边;当搭接厚度比搅拌针长度小0.5mm时有效焊核尺寸达到最大值7.32mm,为搅拌针直径的1.22倍。

     

    Abstract: The influence of four different overlap (5.0 mm, 5.5 mm, 6.0 mm, 6.5 mm) on the interface migration and the effective nuclear size of LY12 aluminum alloy are investigated by friction stir additive manufacturing on LY12 aluminum alloy. Results show that the interface always migration upward, and the amount of interface migration on the retreating side (RS) is higher than that on the advancing side(AS). When the lap thickness smaller than the pin length 0.5 mm, the effective weld nugget size reached a maximum at 7.32 mm, which is 1.22 times the diameter of the pin.
