电动静液作动器的建模与仿真

Simulation of Electric-Hydrostatic Actuator Driven by Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

  • 摘要: 关于电动静液作动器(EHA)的建模是多电飞机研究的关键技术之一。通过借助Matlab/Simulink仿真工具对EHA系统进行建模与仿真实验,构建了一种全新的EHA系统模型。使用永磁同步电机(PMSM)取代目前使用的无刷电机作为EHA系统的驱动电机,分析了蓄能器的使用对系统带来的影响,并进行了基于Simulink液压工具箱的物理建模并且跟传统数学模型试验结果进行了对比。实验结果结论表明了永磁同步电机和蓄能器的使用可以减小系统脉动,提高控制精度,改善系统性能。这为下一步EHA的研发提供了新的思路。

     

    Abstract: Electro Hydrostatic Actuator (EHA) modeling is one of the key technologies for the research of more electric aircraft. By means of Matlab/Simulink simulation tools, this paper builds a new model of EHA system. Replacing the currently used brushless motor with permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) as driving motor of EHA system, the paper analyzes the effect that accumulator brings to the system, and compares physical modeling by Simulink hydraulic toolbox with traditional mathematical model. The experimental results show that the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the accumulator can reduce the system fluctuation to improve the control accuracy and the performance of the system. It provides a new idea for the next development of EHA.
