圆度误差可视化评定系统的研究

Research of Roundness Error Visual Evaluation System

  • 摘要: 为了实现圆度误差的可视化评定,采用最小二乘和最小区域两种评定方法,根据所建立的数学模型,利用LabVIEW作为软件平台,构建了基于虚拟仪器的圆度误差可视化评定系统,实现了采集、保存、分析处理与显示的功能。系统具有制造成本低、使用方便和良好的扩展功能。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the visual evaluation of roundness error, the system program language is adopted with LabVIEW by using the least square and minimum area of two evaluation methods. According to the established mathematical model, the roundness error visual evaluation based on virtual instrument system is constructed, the system has data acquisition, storage, analysis and display results. It is low manufacturing cost, easy to use and good function expansion.
