摘要: 对各阵元发射延时电路的精确控制是相控阵超声发射波束形成中的关键环节。设计了一种基于250MHz高频时钟驱动的可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)高精度相控发射电路,通过使用格雷码计数器和流水线优化处理最终实现4ns的相控发射分辨率。仿真结果表明,该相控阵发射电路能够达到很好的相控发射精度。Abstract: High-precision ultrasonic transmission phase delay is the key technology in phased array ultrasonic beams. An ultrasonic phase-controlled transmission based on the CPLD drived by 250MHz frequency clock was designed. The phased launch resolution achieved 4ns by using the binary gray code counter and pipeline optimization. The simulation results show that the phased array emission circuit can achieve good accuracy of phased launch.
