夹杂黏弹性阻尼层的复合材料结构多目标优化设计

Multi-objective Optimal Design of Composite Laminates with Interleaved Viscoelastic Damping Layer

  • 摘要: 黏弹性阻尼层为黏弹性复合材料带来了良好的阻尼性能,但也降低了整个复合结构的强度,两者必须兼具方能满足实际需要。本研究运用高阶位移模式建立损耗因子和强度的计算模型,对黏弹性复合材料结构分别进行单目标和多目标优化。结果表明:改进的遗传算法能够运用于黏弹性复合材料结构的阻尼和强度性能优化中,且多目标优化可以综合考量评价复合结构的阻尼和强度性能。

     

    Abstract: Viscoelastic layers have bought favorable damping properties for viscoelastic composite structures, but weaken the strength of the composite structure. It is our desire for the composite structures to satisfy the actual need of both strength and damping property. Based on higher-order displacement mode, mathematical models were built for loss factor and strength. The optimal design of single-objective and multi-objective was investigated for the materials. The results shown that the modified genetic algorithms was available for optimization design of loss factor and strength, and the multi-objective optimization could be comprehensively considered and evaluated for the damping and strength properties of composite structures.
