水溶性聚丙烯酸稳泡剂的制备及稳泡效果研究

Research of Synthesis and Performance of Water Soluble Polyacrylic Acid Stable Foam Agent

  • 摘要: 泡沫驱油对石油开采具有重要意义,而高温下泡沫的稳定性是关键技术之一。首先用过硫酸钾为引发剂、月桂硫醇为链转移剂、丙烯酸为单体,通过聚合反应得到聚丙烯酸(PAA)水溶液,再与聚乙二醇(PEG)复配,制备了PAA-PEG稳定泡沫体系;其次用表面活性剂α-烯基磺酸钠(AOS)和乙烯基化烷基硫酸钠(AES)配制为AOS-AES发泡体系;配制AOS-AES/PAA-PEG发泡-稳泡体系,按标准测试其半衰期,以评价所制备稳泡体系的不同温度下的稳泡效果。研究结果表明:该体系高温下有一定的稳泡效果,温度越高效果越好,即:在75℃左右,有稳泡体系的半衰期提高14倍,而在30℃左右,仅提高2.4倍。

     

    Abstract: The foam flooding oil is of great significance to petroleum exploration, the stability of foam at high temperature is one of key technology. Firstly, we used potassium persulfate as polymerization initiator, lauryl mercaptan as chain transfer agent, acrylic acid as monomer, and then Polyacrylic acid (PAA) aqueous solution can be obtained by polymerization. Furthermore, the stabilizing foam system PAA-PEG is prepared by the polyacrylic acid(PAA) and Polyethylene glycol(PEG). Secondly, the foaming system AOS-AES is made by alpha olefin sulfonate(AOS) and vinyl alkyl sodium sulfate(AES).And then, the AOS-AES/PAA-PEG foaming-stabilizing foam system is prepared by the AOS-AES and the PAA-PEG. Its half-life period is determined by national standards to evaluate the stability of foam at the different temperature. The results found that the higher temperature, the better of stabilizing foam. That is, the half-life of AOS-AES/PAA-PEG is 14 times the half-life of AOS-AES at 75℃, but only it is 2.4 times at 30℃.
