Numerical Simulation on Electron Beam Welding Temperature Field of 6mm-thickness Heat-resisting Superalloy

  • 摘要: 建立了适用于真空电子束焊接有限元模拟的由高斯面热源与拋物体热源复合的热源模型,对厚度为6 mm的GH4169高温合金平板进行了真空电子束焊接数值模拟研究,并获得了高温合金电子束焊接温度场的分布特征及焊接过程热循环曲线。结果表明:模拟获得的焊缝形貌特征与实际焊缝形貌基本吻合,验证了所建立的热源模型在计算电子束焊缝形貌特征中的可行性。

     

    Abstract: A heat source model which composed by Gauss heat source model and projectile heat source has been developed to suit the finite element simulation on vacuum electron beam welding. GH4169 heat-resisting superalloy sheet with 6 mm thickness was investigated by the numerical simulation on vacuum electron beam deep penetration welding, and the characteristics of temperature distribution of electron beam welding in the heat-resisting superalloy and the heat cycle curves were obtained. The simulation result was consistent with the real weld. The established heat source model was proved feasible in calculation of the electron beam weld appearance characteristics.
