摘要: 基于ANSYS软件工作平台,以结构体积最小化为目标函数,应用改进的渐进结构优化方法并且辅以灵敏度分析实现了连续体结构的初次优化;以最佳结构外形边界为目标函数,同时考虑多工况、多材料条件,实现了布局参数的二次优化。对优化结果进行ANSYS仿真,经过对比分析表明,优化结果符合结构体积最小化和最佳结构外形边界条件的要求。并为进一步实现形状优化、尺寸优化创造了条件。Abstract: Based on the ANSYS software platform, the improved evolutionary structure optimization method with sensitivity analysis is employed to minimize the volume of structure in the first optimization. Considering the multiple working conditions, multiple materials and adjust layout parameters to optimize the shape boundary. The comparisons and analytic results of the simulation in ANSYS indicate that results of optimization are consistent with the requirements of object functions. Moreover, the results of optimization also create conditions for the further implementation of shape optimization and size optimization.
