碳纳米管增强铝基复合材料的热轧强化研究
Study on Hot-rolled Strengthening of Carbon Nanotubes Reinforced Aluminum Composites

摘要: 为进一步强化碳纳米管增强铝基复合材料获得,通过热轧方法对复合材料进行再加工,在研究并优化热轧工艺的基础上,分析了热轧对复合材料微观结构和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:350℃轧制温度、80%变形量及4道次热轧有利于获得成形良好、力学性能高的复合材料;热轧促使碳纳米管沿轧制方向取向,有利于发挥碳纳米管一维纳米材料的优势,实现复合材料的进一步强化。Abstract: The hot-rolled strengthening of carbon nanotubes reinforced aluminum composites was applied with the purpose of further strengthen for the composites. The optimization of hot rolling process and analysis of hot rolling microstructure and tensile properties of the composites are studied. The results indicate that the processing of 350℃ temperature, 80% processing and 4 times of hot rolling are good for forming composite materials with high mechanical properties. The hot rolling processing make the carbon nanotubes in the rolling direction orientation in composites, which make composite materials achieve further reinforcement by the advantages of carbon nanotubes in one dimension.
