基于复杂网络的安然公司高管组织结构发现

Enron Executives Organization Structure's FoundBased on Complex Network

  • 摘要: 本文基于复杂网络理论和邮件数据集,建立安然公司高层管理者之间的组织结构关系。采用基于通信行为和邮件内容两种方法对人物关系网络进行构建,进而发现其社区结构的关键人物。针对庞大的通信数据,给出数据处理流程图和详细说明。利用Simple Kmeans算法对人物关系网络的群集行为进行分析,挖掘出网络关键节点。采用Weka软件和Ucinet软件绘制关系网络图,分析结果具有一定的参考价值和实际意义。

     

    Abstract: Enron's top managers' organization structure is set up based on complex networks theories and email data set. Based on communication behavior and email content, we adopt two ways to build people relationship network, and then detect the key people. Through the treatment and analysis of large amount of data, the process flow chart and detail explanation are obtained. By using Simple Kmeans algorithm, we analyzed the cluster behavior of character relationship, and mined the key nodes of the network. Moreover, we adopt Weka and Ucinet software to draw relationship network diagram. The analysis results have a certain reference value and practical significance.
