飞机结构件筋特征的数控加工刀轨研究

Research of Aircraft Structural Parts Rib Feature NC Machining Toolpath

  • 摘要: 为了提高飞机结构件筋特征的加工效率,通过分析两种常用的刀轨生成方式,得出残留高度与刀具直径、刀具底角半径、切削参数等的关系式,用以指导刀具的选择和切削参数的设置。针对某一零件进行模拟实验,根据关系式能够得到优化的切削参数。通过几种加工方式的对比,得到能够提高筋特征加工效率最优的加工方法。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the machining efficiency of aircraft structural parts rib feature, we investigated two kinds of commonly used tool path generation methods. Furthermore, relational equations between scallop height and tool diameter, tool corner radius, cutting parameters and so on were derived to guide the tool selection and the set of cutting parameters. Through a part's simulation experiment, the optimized cutting parameters were obtained by the derived relational equation. Through comparing several methods of processing, the optimal processing method can be found to improve the machining efficiency of the rib feature.
