Study on Preparation Technology of J-15 Adhesive Samples for Shear Strength Test
-
Abstract
Shear strength is a key performance indicator of adhesives. The sample preparation is an important process that affects the results of adhesive shear strength tests. Due to the lack of detailed standards for the sample preparation, there have been several problems in J-15 adhesive shear strength tests in recent years, such as the large data deviation and poor stability. This problem has caused inconvenience to the smooth progress of the scientific research and production. In order to thoroughly solve this problem, this study explored the surface roughness and curing pressure of the adhesive bonding, and then obtained the optimal sample preparation process parameters. The results showed that when the substrate was treated with 240 # sandpaper, and a curing pressure of 0.4 MPa was applied at heating up to 170 ℃ for 3 h heat preservation to prepare the J-15 adhesive shear strength specimens, the optimal shear strength value could be obtained. Using this as a recommended parameter for the preparation of adhesive shear strength specimens is beneficial for the accuracy and stability of J-15 adhesive shear strength test data.
