Friction and Wear Properties of Friction Pairs of DD6/GH3536 Superalloy
-
Abstract
In order to obtain the friction and wear properties of aeroengine turbine blades and flange damping block, the friction and wear properties of DD6 single crystal superalloy and GH3536 superalloy were studied through dry sliding at 750 ℃. Laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were used, and the temperature, load, frequency and other factors were taken into account. The wear degree of materials was evaluated from the perspective of volume wear rate, wear depth and the thickness of metamorphic layer/deformation layer. The results show that the main wear mode of DD6 /GH3536 friction pair is adhesive wear, and the damage of materials is mainly characterized by surface defor-mation and material transfer. In the range from 360 N to 600 N, the load has little effect on the friction coefficient of DD6/GH3536 friction pair, but the wear degree increases with the increase of load.
