Detection Methods of Residual Stress of Aluminum Alloy with Strong Texture
-
Abstract
Due to the strong rolling texture, the conventional X-ray sin2 ψ method cannot be used to detect the residual stress of aluminum alloy rolled plates. Taking 2A97 Al-Li alloy rolled plates as the research object, the orientation distribution function of the material was measured by X-ray diffraction method, the macroscopic elastic constants of the material under different assumptions were theoretically calculated by Ruess, Voigt and Neerfeld-Hill models, and the macroscopic residual stress of the material surface was obtained. The results were checked by the blind hole method. The results show that the residual stress analysis results of the Neerfeld-Hill model are consistent with those of the blind hole method. Accordingly, a macroscopic residual stress analysis method for textured materials was established.
