Abstract
To avoid the problems of low efficiency, high cost and complicated detection process of the current shared bicycle frame weld inspection, , a novel method for detecting internal defects in weld of bicycle frame based on weak magnetic field is proposed.The high-precision TMR magnetic sensor is used to collect weak magnetic signals at different positions of the workpiece and then these signals are smoothed..Since the magnetic permeability at the defect of the workpiece is different from that at the defect-free portion, , the intension of the magnetic field after refraction by the Earth's magnetic field will be different.Therefore, it can be used to determine whether there are defects in the weld.Compared with the traditional magnetic testing method, the method as recommended in this paper has the characteristics of fast detection speed, no excitation, no coupling agent, non-contact and in-service inspection.The research has provided a new developing method for the rapid and efficient detection of bicycle frame weld.
