Design of Imaging System on Ferromagnetic Material Based on Pulsed Magnetic Flux Leakage Nondestructive Testing

Abstract
A test imaging system based on LabVIEW is designed using rectangular probe based on x component detection, which can be large scale detection of ferromagnetic metal materials. The experiment system mainly includes the hardware modules and the software modules. The hard ware modules include the signal module, power amplifier module, time-sharing multiplexing module, signal processing and acquisition module, array detection sensor module of pulsed magnetic flux leakage and so on. Meanwhile, the software modules include the signal acquisition, the signal denoising and the imaging program and so on. The experimental results show that the system has a high sensitivity and accuracy, which can meet the requirements of ferromagnetic imaging experiments.
