    Reliability Analysis and Test of Rudder Deployment Mechanism

    • The deployment mechanism of the rudder wing was developed for small-sized launch devices of missiles to make the launch,transportation and storage easy.The reliability of rudder wing deployment mechanism is a key factor for the combat capability of missiles.This paper starts from the domestic and foreign research on the reliability of the rudder wing deployment mechanism and introduces the theoretical analysis,reliability simulation and test method of various reliability indexes to know about the overall progress of the current rudder wing reliability research.Through the above-mentioned traditional reliability theory,simulation analysis and test results,some key problems are put forward on the reliability analysis and experiment of the current rudder wing deployment mechanism.For example,the reliability analysis method is not perfect,the accuracy of modeling is low,and simulation and test cannot be highly fit.Finally,these problems and shortcomings are summarized,and on this basis,some suggestions are put forward,which are of important theoretical and practical value for the system and the integration of several research directions in the reliability of the rudder wing,and they also lay a foundation for the reliability research of other similar deployment mechanism.
