Abstract
In order to realize the vibration analysis and condition monitoring of aero engine accessory, the typical failure mode of oil and gas separator is analyzed, which shows the benefits of vibration analysis compared with the traditional oil analysis and which shows the necessity and feasibility of vibration analysis. Then the data acquisition method of vibration test about oil and gas separator during an engine test drive is studied. Moreover, a detailed study is given to the engineering realization process of data processing method based on spectrum analysis, with the theories and algorithems of beforehand process, detail process and final process be given. At last a practical application effect is presented which shows that the method can pick out 0.165 mm/s weak vibration speed component of the equipment from the mixed vibration signal with high noise, so as to effectively diagnose the fault state of the equipment..
