Reliability Evaluation Based on Gear Vibration Signal

Abstract
In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment, the reliability assessment method based on equipment response status information is proposed. This method establishes a link between characteristics of the indicators which reflect the equipment running status and the reliability index, and then combined the sensitive characteristic indexes of extraction and optimization with proportion model failure rate, thus equipment reliability evaluation model can be established, so as to realize the effective evaluation of equipment reliability. The proposed method get 86.67% of correct recognition rate on gear performance degradation state for a random sample of 60 data files, the successful application in the reliability assessment of reduction gearbox shows that the method is reasonable and effective.
