    航空发动机弯管接头止动销改进设计与应用

    Design Improvement and Application of Stop Pin for Aeroengine Elbow Joint

    • 摘要: 为了解决航空发动机中带止动销的弯管接头在使用过程中的漏油问题,采用三维有限元计算方法对管路密封性进行仿真,针对止动销结构、材料刚性、圆环中心线径向偏移、锥球配合同轴度偏差角度等因素,研究其对管路密封性的影响。结果表明:材料软化过程对管路密封性的影响不明显,而止动销周向覆盖率、止动销圆环中心线径向偏移、锥球配合同轴度偏差角度均会影响配合处接触压的分布均匀性,并存在较明显的规律性。随着影响条件的增大,最大接触压环线的接触压差值呈增大趋势,上述因素对管路密封性均有较明显的影响。通过对轻拉、软态两种状态的止动销进行装配试验、拧紧及密封试验等进行对比验证,得出结论:装配软态止动销可提升弯管接头加工质量,减少密封面漏油问题。

       

      Abstract: Oil leakage occurred many times at the aeroengine elbow joints with stop pins during operation. To solve this problem, a three-dimensional finite element calculation method was used to simulate the tightness of the pipeline. The effects of the stop pinstructure, material stiffness, radial offset of the ring centerline, and deviation angle of the cone-ball coaxiality on the tightness of the pipeline were verified. The results show that the softening process of material has negligible effect on the tightness of the pipeline. In contrast, the circumferential coverage of stop pin, the radial offset of ring centerline of stop pin, and the deviation angle of cone-ball coaxiality affect the distribution uniformity of contact pressure at the fitting location, exhibiting clear regularity. With the increase of these influencing conditions, the difference in maximum contact pressure shows an increasing trend. Therefore, the above three factors play a critical role in determining the pipeline’s sealing performance. Through assembly tests, tightening tests, and sealing tests conducted under both gently-pulled and softened states of the stop pins, it was concluded that the assembly of soft stop pins can improve the processing quality of elbow joints and reduce the problem of oil leakage on the sealing surface.
