    基于热重分析技术的航空丁腈橡胶鉴别研究

    Identification of Aviation Nitrile Butadiene Rubbers Based on Thermogravimetric Analysis

    • 摘要: 通过对航空丁腈橡胶进行热重分析,研究了不同牌号橡胶的热物理特性,建立了基于热重(TG)曲线第一阶段失重率m1和微分热重(DTG)曲线第一波峰TA的航空丁腈橡胶牌号鉴别方法,并对非典型航空丁腈橡胶TG曲线进行了特征解析。结果表明:丁腈橡胶的m1TA值主要取决于橡胶中有机添加剂的特性及含量,可作为航空丁腈橡胶牌号鉴别的关键特征参数。在TG曲线中,可通过650~800 ℃区间碳酸钙分解失重阶段作为5470/5470F的鉴别依据,其中5470的碳酸钙热分解最大速率温度较5470F高约20 ℃;350~400 ℃区间的失重阶段可作为5860牌号的鉴别依据;经溶剂抽提后,在200~300 ℃区间出现的失重阶段可作为5870牌号的鉴别依据。

       

      Abstract: The thermal physical properties of various aviation nitrile butadiene rubbers (NBRs) were investigated using thermogravimetric analysis. A method for identifying different NBR brands was established based on the first-stage weight loss rate (m1) in the thermogravimetric (TG) curve and the first peak (TA) in the derivative thermogravimetric (DTG) curve. Additionally, the atypical TG curves of aviation NBRs were analyzed to extract the identification characteristics. The results show that m1 and A values are mainly related to the characteristics and content organic additives in the NBR, and can be used as the characteristic values for NBR identification. The decomposition weight loss stage of calcium carbonate in the temperature range of 650 ℃ to 800 ℃ on the TG curve can be used for distinguishing 5470/5470F, and the maximum rate temperature of the thermal decomposition of calcium carbonate in 5470 is about 20 ℃ higher than that in 5470F. The weight loss stage in the range of 350 ℃ to 400 ℃ on the TG curve can be used as a basis for distinguishing 5860. The weight loss stage in the range of 200 ℃ to 300 ℃ on the TG curve after solvent extraction can be used as a basis for distinguishing 5870.
