    TC4钛合金机身椭圆孔隔框热处理压块矫正模拟及矫正力预测模型

    Simulation of Heat Treatment Pressure Straightening and Traightening-Force Prediction Model of TC4 titanium Alloy Airframe Elliptical Hole Bulkhead

    • 摘要: 预测钛合金机身隔框热处理压块矫正力对提高隔框矫正效果具有重要工程意义。通过ANSYS有限元数值模拟软件,对TC4钛合金机身椭圆孔隔框热处理压块矫正过程中的矫正力和矫正量进行有限元数值模拟,分析椭圆孔尺寸对隔框矫正力的影响规律,采用非线性回归方法建立考虑椭圆孔尺寸的矫正力预测模型。结果表明:椭圆孔隔框热处理矫正量随矫正力增加,呈现缓慢增加−快速增加−缓慢增加的变化规律;随椭圆孔轴长a或轴长b增大,隔框矫正力呈现非线性降低,轴长a比轴长b对矫正力的影响更显著。构建的基于椭圆孔尺寸的矫正力预测模型预测精度较高,模型计算矫正力和有限元模拟矫正力之间的相关系数R为0.993 24,可为TC4钛合金机身椭圆孔隔框热处理矫正的矫正力提供较准确预测。

       

      Abstract: There is great engineering significance to predict the heat treatment pressure traightening force of titanium alloy airframe bulkhead for improving the traightening effect of the airframe bulkhead. The traightening-force and traightening-amount of TC4 titanium alloy airframe elliptical hole bulkhead during heat treatment pressure traightening process were simulated utilizing the ANSYS finite element numerical simulation software. The influence of elliptical hole sizes on the traightening-force of the bulkhead was analyzed, and the traightening-force prediction model considering elliptical hole size was developed by using a nonlinear regression method. The results show that, as thetraightening-force increase , the traightening-amount initially rises slowly, then increases rapidly, and finally slows down again. The traightening-force decreases nonlinearly with the increasing of the axial length a or b of the elliptical hole, with a more pronounced effect observed for axial length a compared to axial length b. The developed traightening-force prediction model with a correlation coefficient R of 0.993 24, exhibits the high prediction accuracy, and can accurately predict the traightening-force of TC4 titanium alloy airframe elliptical hole bulkhead during heat treatment pressure traightening process .
