    隔膜泵油缸V形圈的密封性能分析与结构优化

    Sealing Performance Analysis and Structure Optimization of V-ring of Diaphragm Pump Cylinder

    • 摘要: 为提高隔膜泵油缸活塞的密封性能,以隔膜泵的活塞V形圈为研究对象,基于正交试验方法,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对不同结构参数的V形圈进行仿真。以最大Von Mises应力和最大接触压力为评价指标,讨论影响指标数值变化的主、次要结构参数,并对V形圈进行结构优化。结果表明:影响最大Von Mises应力的主要因素是唇外倒角和唇内边长;唇外倒角越大,最大Von Mises应力越大;而唇内边长过大或过小都会引起最大Von Mises应力的增加。影响最大接触压力的主要因素是唇外倒角、唇口内角和唇外边长;最大接触压力随唇外倒角的增加而增加,随唇口内角和唇内边长的增加呈下降趋势。优化后的V形圈最大接触压力减小6%,仍满足密封要求;最大Von Mises应力减小28%,密封性能显著提高。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the sealing performance of diaphragm pump cylinder pistons, taking the piston V-ring of a diaphragm pump as the research object and based on the orthogonal test method, the V-ring with different structural parameters was simulated using the ANSYS Workbench software. Using the maximum Von Mises stress and maximum contact pressure as evaluation indexes, the primary and secondary structural parameters influencing the value of the indexes were discussed, and the V-ring structure was optimized. The results show that the main factors affecting the maximum Von Mises stress are the outer chamfer and inner length of the lip. The larger the outer chamfer is, the greater the maximum Von Mises stress will be, and too large or small inner length will lead to the increase of the maximum Von Mises stress. The main factors affecting the maximum contact pressure are the outer chamfer, inner angle and outer length of the lip. The maximum contact pressure increases with the increase of outer chamfer, but it decreases with the increase of the inner angle and the outer length. After optimization, the maximum contact pressure of the V-ring is reduced by 6%, still meeting the sealing requirement, and the maximum Von Mises stress is reduced by 28%, significantly improving the sealing performance.
