    整体叶盘激光冲击强化的疲劳性能考核

    Performance Evaluation of Laser Shock Peening of Blisk

    • 摘要: 整体叶盘激光冲击强化在国内应用10余年,但国内对叶盘/叶片激光冲击强化后性能评价没有统一的标准。本文介绍整体叶盘叶片抗外物损伤(FOD)和改善高低周疲劳性能需求,分析国内外激光冲击强化整体叶盘的发展和性能评价方法。针对整体叶盘强化后性能考核问题,分别采用平板振动疲劳试验、叶片一阶振动、三点弯曲疲劳考核钛合金叶片激光冲击强化的效果。结果表明:激光冲击强化能明显提高叶片振动疲劳寿命。但由于一弯振动疲劳试验不能很好地评价边缘带缺口的叶片疲劳寿命,因此激光冲击强化提高叶片抗FOD性能适合采用三点弯曲疲劳试验。三点弯曲疲劳试验表明,叶片边缘一旦形成缺口,疲劳强度会急剧降低,激光冲击强化可以大幅度提高带缺口的三点弯曲试件疲劳寿命,但还是明显低于没有缺口的状态。

       

      Abstract: Laser shock peening of blisks has been used domestically for more than ten years, but there is no uniform standard for the performance evaluation of blisks/blades after laser shock peening. This paper introduces the requirements of anti-FOD and improve high and low cycle fatigue properties to blades, and analyzes the development and performance evaluation methods of laser shock strengthening of blisks at home and abroad. Aiming at the performance evaluation of the blisk after strengthening, the effects of laser shock strengthening of titanium alloy blades were evaluated by plate vibration fatigue test, blade first-order vibration, and three-point bending fatigue. The results show that laser shock strengthening can significantly improve the vibration fatigue life of the blade. However, as the one-bending vibration fatigue test cannot evaluate the fatigue life of the blade with notches on the edge, the three-point bending fatigue test is more suitable for testing the FOD resistance of the laser shock strengthened blade. The three-point bending fatigue test result shows that once the edge of the blade is notched, the fatigue strength will decrease sharply. Laser shock strengthening can greatly improve the fatigue life of the notched three-point bending specimen, but it is still significantly lower than the state without notch.
