    主桨毂水平铰轴承故障分析与改进

    Failure Analysis and Improvement of Horizontal Hinge Bearing of Main Propeller Hub

    • 摘要: 飞机在使用过程中主桨毂水平铰的双列圆柱滚子轴承发生失效,失效形式主要为内圈断裂及滚道剥落。通过轴承形貌分析、复查及计算分析,定位故障原因为在轴承在工作条件下,内圈产生弯曲变形,一方面在内圈端面内径处产生较大应力,导致内圈断裂,另一方面在轴承滚道处产生边缘应力,导致滚道剥落。制定的改进措施为内圈内径增加3处内径槽,滚子母线、内圈和外圈滚道修型处理,改进轴承通过两套600h耐久性试验。结果表明:在内圈内径增加3处内径槽及滚子母线、内圈和外圈滚道修型处理的改进措施可以有效解决轴承的使用问题。

       

      Abstract: During the service of an aircraft, failure occurred to the two-row cylindrical roller bearing of horizontal hinge of main propeller hub. The failure modes are mainly fracture and raceway spalling of the inner ring. Through morphology analysis, review and calculation, it was found that the failure was mainly caused by bending deformation of the inner ring of the bearing under working condition. On the one hand, there was larger stress at inner diameter of inner ring end face, resulting in the fracture of the inner ring. On the other hand, edge stress was generated at the bearing raceway, leading to raceway spalling. The improvement measures are as follows: adding 3 inner diameter groovers at inner diameter of the inner ring, and modifying roller busbar and the raceways of inner and outer rings. The improved bearing passed two sets of 600 h durability test. The results show that the above improvement measures can help to prevent such failure of the bearings.
