    J-15胶粘剂剪切强度试样制备工艺探讨

    Study on Preparation Technology of J-15 Adhesive Samples for Shear Strength Test

    • 摘要: 剪切强度是胶粘剂关键的性能指标,试样制备是影响胶粘剂剪切强度试验结果的重要过程。因标准对试样制备的过程描述不甚详细,导致J-15胶粘剂剪切强度试验多次出现数据偏差大、稳定性差等问题,给科研生产的顺利进行带来不便。为解决此问题,本文研究胶接表面粗糙度及固化压力2个关键因素对J-15胶粘剂剪切强度的影响,获得最优的试样制备工艺参数。结果表明:J-15胶粘剂剪切强度试样制备基材采用240#砂纸进行处理,升温至170 ℃,保温3 h后施加固化压力0.4 MPa时,剪切强度值最佳。将此作为胶粘剂剪切强度试样制备的推荐使用参数,有利于J-15胶粘剂剪切强度试验数据的准确和稳定。

       

      Abstract: Shear strength is a key performance indicator of adhesives. The sample preparation is an important process that affects the results of adhesive shear strength tests. Due to the lack of detailed standards for the sample preparation, there have been several problems in J-15 adhesive shear strength tests in recent years, such as the large data deviation and poor stability. This problem has caused inconvenience to the smooth progress of the scientific research and production. In order to thoroughly solve this problem, this study explored the surface roughness and curing pressure of the adhesive bonding, and then obtained the optimal sample preparation process parameters. The results showed that when the substrate was treated with 240 # sandpaper, and a curing pressure of 0.4 MPa was applied at heating up to 170 ℃ for 3 h heat preservation to prepare the J-15 adhesive shear strength specimens, the optimal shear strength value could be obtained. Using this as a recommended parameter for the preparation of adhesive shear strength specimens is beneficial for the accuracy and stability of J-15 adhesive shear strength test data.
