    Effect of Environment Solution and Hydrogen Charging Time on Stress Corrosion Cracking of 40CrNi2Si2MoVA Steel

    • 摘要: 采用双悬臂(DCB)试样和恒载荷拉伸应力腐蚀试验,研究环境介质及充氢时间对40CrNi2Si2MoVA超高强度钢应力腐蚀行为的影响作用。结果表明:40CrNi2Si2MoVA钢DCB试样在不同溶液介质中产生的应力腐蚀裂纹易在预制裂纹尖端出现分叉,且在生长过程中与预制裂纹轴线方向的夹角不断增大,最后趋近垂直于预制裂纹;Cl比SO42−对40CrNi2Si2MoVA钢应力腐蚀的影响更大,能更加明显地加速裂纹的萌生扩展;随充氢时间的增加,40CrNi2Si2MoVA钢断裂时间缩短,材料的塑性降低、脆性增加,断裂逐渐由韧性断裂转变为脆性断裂。

       

      Abstract: Double cantilever (DCB) specimens and constant load tensile stress corrosion tests were used to study the effects of environmental media and hydrogen charging time on the stress corrosion behavior of 40CrNi2Si2MoVA ultra-high strength steel. The results show that the stress corrosion cracks of 40CrNi2Si2MoVA steel DCB samples in different solution media tend to bifurcate at the pre-crack tip. The angles between the cracks and the pre-crack axis direction increase continuously during the growth process, and finally tend to be perpendicular to the pre-cracks. The Cl ions have a greater impact on stress corrosion of 40CrNi2Si2MoVA than SO42− ions, which can accelerate crack initiation and expansion more significantly. With the increase of hydrogen charging time, the fracture time of 40CrNi2Si2MoVA is shortened, the plasticity of the material decreases, and the brittleness increases. Fracture mode gradually changes from ductile fracture to brittle fracture.
