    无缝钢管穿孔顶头表面防护涂层研究进展

    Research Progress of Protective Coating on Surface of Seamless Steel Pipe Perforated Head

    • 摘要: 无缝钢管穿孔顶头因服役条件恶劣(高温、受力复杂等)而易提前失效,严重影响其使用寿命和尺寸精度。在穿孔顶头表面制备防护涂层是解决该问题的有效途径。目前可应用在穿孔顶头的防护涂层主要有合金涂层、陶瓷涂层和陶瓷颗粒增强金属基复合涂层,其中陶瓷颗粒增强金属基复合涂层具有优异的综合性能,成为穿孔顶头防护涂层重点发展方向。为了进一步提高涂层防护效果,可通过利用活性元素效应和进行梯度涂层设计等措施优化防护涂层相关性能。本文可为发展长寿命高可靠无缝钢管穿孔顶头提供一定参考。

       

      Abstract: Seamless steel pipe piercing plug is prone to early failure due to harsh service conditions (high temperature, complex forces, etc.), which seriously affects its service life and dimensional accuracy. The preparation of protective coating on the surface of piercing plug is effective to solve this problem. At present, the main protective coatings applying to the piercing plug are alloy coatings, ceramic coatings, and ceramic particle-reinforced metal-based composite coatings, among which the ceramic particle-reinforced metal-based composite coatings have excellent overall performance and figure out the key development direction of piercing plug protective coatings. In order to further improve the coating protection effect, the protection performance can be optimized by using the active element effect and conducting gradient coating design and other approaches. This paper can provide reference for the development of long-life and highly reliable seamless steel pipe piercing plug.
