    钢轨超声检测典型损伤B显图谱特征分析

    Characteristic Analysis of B-display Image of Typical Damage in Rail Ultrasonic Inspection

    • 摘要: 以提高钢轨损伤分析判断准确率为目的,介绍了数字式钢轨检测回放软件,讨论了60 kg/m钢轨接头、焊缝在正确拼孔下对应的超声波B显特征图谱,分析总结了典型钢轨损伤B显图像特征。结果表明:通过对钢轨超声B显特征图谱及钢轨典型损伤B显的分析,可以有效提高钢轨损伤分析判断的准确率,减少损伤的漏检;典型钢轨损伤中,轨面鱼鳞损伤B显图像会出现一、二次波;具有倾斜角度的螺孔斜裂纹,早期检测较难发现;轨头、轨底焊筋波处前后交叉出波表示该处焊缝异常;对于焊缝轨腰水平裂纹,轨腰推瘤打磨可有效避免其突发性断裂。以上结果为钢轨超声检测典型损伤分析提供了重要的参考依据。

       

      Abstract: To improve the accuracy of rail damage analysis and judgment, the digital rail flaw detection playback software is introduced, then the corresponding ultrasonic B-display feature map of 60 kg/m rail joints and welds under the correct stitching is discussed, and the typical rail damage B-display images are analyzed and summarized. The research results show that through the analysis of the characteristic map of the rail ultrasonic B-display and the typical damage B-display of the rail, the accuracy of the rail damage analysis and judgment can be effectively improved, and the missed inspection of the damage can be reduced as well. Among the typical damages, the B-display image of fish scales on the rail surface show primary or secondary reflections. And the bolt hole cracks which have a tilt angle are difficult to be found in the early stage of rail flaw detection. Crossing waveforms at the welds rail head and welds rail bottom indicate the abnormal welds there. For the horizontal cracks on the rail waist of the weld, the measures of knob removing and grinding can effectively avoid its sudden fracture. This work provides an important reference for the analysis of typical damage of rail ultrasonic inspection.
