    压气机叶片腐蚀条件下振动疲劳寿命分析

    Vibration Fatigue Life Analysis of Compressor Blade under Corrosion Conditions

    • 摘要: 为了探究压气机叶片结构在腐蚀环境下振动疲劳寿命变化规律,依据实际工况特点,研究预腐蚀对叶片结构振动疲劳行为的影响。以试验结果为基础,建立基于腐蚀影响系数曲线(C-T曲线)的振动疲劳寿命关系式。结果表明:构建的腐蚀影响系数曲线能较准确地描述压气机叶片预腐蚀后疲劳寿命的变化规律,具有良好的适用性;采用幂函数式的腐蚀影响系数曲线计算结果精度相对较高,用其对15个当量日历年限下的压气机叶片进行对数疲劳寿命评估预测,其对数疲劳寿命降低约28%。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the vibration fatigue failure mechanism of a compressor blade under corrosion conditions, the effects of the pre-corrosion on the vibration fatigue behavior of a compressor blade was studied based on the characteristics of the working conditions. In this study, an expression (C-T curve) describing the vibration fatigue life was build based on the corrosion influence coefficient curve. The results show that the C-T curves have good suitability and accuracy for describing the variations of the vibration fatigue life after the pre-corrosion. The computation results of the C-T curve using the power function have relatively higher precision, which predicted that the vibration fatigue life of compressor blade would decrease by 28% after 15 calendar years.
