    基于TOPSIS的装备使用阶段质量评估算法

    Quality Evaluation Algorithm of Equipment in Service Phase Based on TOPSIS

    • 摘要: 本文研究在影响因素模糊、不确定条件下的装备使用阶段质量评估问题,提出基于TOPSIS的量化评估算法。分析装备使用阶段质量特性和影响因素,基于逼近理想解排序法,运用逼近正、负理想点以及灰色关联度原理,建立导弹装备使用阶段质量评估模型,给出评估算法,计算灰色关联度,得到评估系数。算例验证基于TOPSIS的灰色关联度评估算法能够较好地解决评估对象之间的排序问题,评估结论客观受主观因素影响较少,且符合部队装备保障实际,可操作性较强,可对装备使用阶段的质量状况进行有效评估。

       

      Abstract: The quality evaluation of equipment in service phase was studied under the condition of fuzzy and uncertain influencing factors, and a quantitative evaluation algorithm based on Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) was proposed. The quality characteristics and influencing factors of equipment in service stage were analyzed. Based on TOPSIS, a quality evaluation model of the missile equipment in service stage was established by using the approximate positive and negative ideal points and the principle of grey correlation degree. The evaluation algorithm was given, the grey correlation degree was calculated and the evaluation coefficient was obtained. The example shows that the grey correlation degree evaluation algorithm based on TOPSIS can effectively solve the ranking problem among the evaluation objects, and the evaluation conclusion is less affected by subjective factors, and is in line with the actual military equipment support, and has strong operability, so it can effectively evaluate the quality of equipment in service stage.
